• 1) Sizes vary from one brand to another, hence, Please ensure you check the product measurements provided as part of the product description.
• 2) We do not honor exchange requests for size related issues unless we have delivered a wrong size product. We encourage our customers to check the product measurements mentioned for each product before ordering
• 3) Orders once placed can not be cancelled.
• 4) If you face any issues with our products, you will need to contact us within 2 calendar days
• 5) Products can be exchanged incase you have received a damaged/ wrong size/ wrong product from our end. A parcel opening video is mandate for exchange related queries.
• 6) Parcel opening video is mandatory for all Exchange/ Return related queries.

• 7) If you wish to return the product:

  - Intimation within 2 calendar days with a 360 parcel opening video is mandate

  - All product tags should remain intact

  - Product should be unused with original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  - Products purchased from the website can be exchanged for products available on the website only and not in-store.

• 9) Refund time frame is 5 business days via Google pay/ bank transfer. Paytm is currently unavailable
